Connecting channels
Updated September 7, 2026
A channel is any source of messages: a messenger, the website widget or email. All channels converge into one inbox, and the customer gets the reply where they wrote. Connect channels gradually — start where your customers already are.
Channels at a glance
| Channel | How it connects | Time | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website widget | One script on the site | 5 minutes | all |
| Telegram | Bot token from @BotFather | 3 minutes | all |
| MAX | Code from the MAX app | 2 minutes | Team+ |
| WhatsApp Business number + SMS | 10 minutes | Team+ | |
| VK | OAuth of your community | 2 minutes | Team+ |
| Avito | Avito account OAuth | 3 minutes | Team+ |
| Forwarding to support@yourco.chatva.app | 10 minutes | Team+ |
Not sure where to start? Look at where inquiries come from now: if clients write to your personal Telegram — start there; if they call — set up the widget and WhatsApp.
