What you need

- Three minutes and owner or admin rights in Chatva.
Connection, step by step

Open Channels → Avito
In the Chatva dashboard: Channels, the Avito card → “Connect”.

Sign in to Avito
The official sign-in window on avito.ru opens — the password stays with Avito.

Allow message access
Avito's official OAuth: access to chats only, without your password or listing data.

Route conversations to sales
Listing messages are the hottest leads. In the conversation settings send them straight to the sales department.

Test receiving
Write to yourself from a listing — the conversation appears in the inbox with the listing title in the preview.
Response speed on Avito affects both the deal and the listing's position in search. Set up the autoresponder for the night — inquiries won't cool down until morning.
